If you have received a damaged or defective item, please Email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify this right away!
Merchandise may be returned within 21 days of your purchase date for an online credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or smoke will be refused and returned to you with a shipping return fee.
- Please note: All items in the Sale category, Flash Sales, and any promotional sales 20% off or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, cannot be returned for a store credit or be exchanged!
- Accessories, Jewelry, and Bralettes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Want to Exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges at this time. If you are hoping to make an "exchange", you must return your item & PLACE A NEW ORDER for the new size/style. When we receive the return, we will refund you as stated above!
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Complete the return form on this page and include it inside all boxes you are returning. Securely repackage your items. Enclose the original packing slip or order number with your item(s) and completed RETURN FORM.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) as a store credit.

How long after I place an order will it be shipped?
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order. Orders shipped outside of the US can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges.
- USPS Standard Shipping: Arrived within 3-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Arrives within 1-2 business days depending if you are in range close enough that will offer overnight shipping (excluding the day of shipment).
